Dan Grable
Dan was born and raised in the Orange County area and attended the University of Southern California where he graduated with a degree in accounting and finance in 1984. Dan also attended Stanford University where he received an MBA in 1990.
Dan became a Christian in 1985 and has been very involved in various youth and family-oriented ministries over the years at Rock Harbor Church, Mariners Church, and St. Andrews Church. Dan has also been actively involved with various Christian ministries, including HomeWord, Mariners Christian School, Renewal Ministries, and FCA over the past 10 years. Dan has a passion for sports and has combined this with his heart for youth by being active in coaching various youth sports in his community and serving on various booster boards at Corona del Mar High School.
On the professional side, Dan has been actively involved in real estate investments for over 20 years. He has held executive positions at Pacific Life, William Lyon Company, LNR Property Company, Pharris Properties, and Birtcher Development.
Dan and his wife, Lisa, have three children and live in Newport Beach, CA. They attend Rock Harbor Church in Costa Mesa, CA. |

Jessica Goodman
Asst. to the Regional Director Jessica was born and raised in Huntington Beach and now works for FCA under her father, Mark Boyer. She lettered four years in tennis at Edison High School and when she graduated in 2003, she went on to play tennis at California State University, Long Beach. She played two years of tennis for the 49ers before coming on staff with FCA. Jessica graduated from CSULB with a Business Degree.
Jessica became a Christian at a young age and has always been very involved in her youth groups and FCA. She was president of her FCA club all 4 years of high school and volunteered for FCA after high school. She was very excited to finally come on staff with FCA nearly four years ago. Jessica’s responsibilities for FCA include administrative work and facilitating the beachcities area huddles.
Jessica married her high school sweetheart of six years, Adam, in February of 2007. Adam currently is a student-athlete at USC where he plays fullback for the Trojans. Adam and Jessica live in Huntington Beach and in their free time watch football, go on bikerides and spend time with their families. They just had their first child, Elijah Jeffrey.

Leslie Kemp
Regional/San Diego Administration
Leslie was raised in Oceanside, California. Immediately after high school, she pursued her dream of moving to Hawaii where she attended Kauai Community College and participated in many water sports. She gave her life to the Lord at the age of 21. While raising her kids, she taught Sunday School, Pioneer Clubs, volunteered in youth groups, and served at camp during the summer. Leslie has two daughters, Molly, 30 and Shannon, 25. She married Steve Kemp in 2004 and has a stepson, Rhett, 20 and a grandson, Jabe, 6. They attend North Coast Church in Vista. Hobbies include gardening, still hanging at the beach, and she just took up golf! Leslie has been on staff since November, 2003 and serves both in the Regional and San Diego offices.
